Street Navigation
The Street Navigation team was created in August 2023 to expand outreach services.
The Street Navigation program is an innovative program that assists anyone who is unhoused with navigating directly from the streets to permanent housing. The program was designed because there are not enough emergency shelter beds in Fresno to serve everyone who is experiencing homelessness.
The team also includes a Street Clinician, who provides clinical mental health services directly on the street.
